Need spare tire removed and installed

I have a 2006 Chevy trailblazer where the left rear tire is flat and slightly off rim. I have a spare under the back, but no tool to remove it. Apparently a 13mm socket, attached to several extensions on a socket wrench, will do the trick. If you have the time to come to the emergency room parking lot at South Seminole Hospital with wrench and socket, lower the spare, and jack up and replace the tire (jack is in the car, or bring your own), I will pay you $45.00 (what I have). Must be finished by noon, so my 65-year old wife can pick up grandchildren. The earlier the better. Text me at 734-645-7897 for questions and set-up.
