Welcome to the 11th Annual Mardi Gras sponsored by Ricks, Benn, Richards Uplift Charitable (RBR) Foundation. This costume/semi-formal jubilant affair is designed for all to come together for a night of music, food and fun. The proceeds from this event allows the RBR Foudation to give scholarships to each high school in the city of Suffolk and make charitable donations to youth/mentoring programs in the community.
