Exclusively for Equity agents! YOU MUST REGISTER HERE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. Course is $35 or $30 with a donation of socks, gloves, mittens etc for the Springs Rescue Mission. PLEASE COME WITH CORRECT CHANGE OR HAVE YOUR CHECK MADE OUT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. (Checks should be made out to Windy Bailey) Breakfast and lunch will provided - we are budgeting 30 mins for breakfast and 30 mins for lunch. One of the benefits of taking the course directly from your managing brokers is they can give you more direct advice and guidance based upon company policy and best practices. Often times when you take the course from another instructor, they say "talk to your managing broker more about this to find out what your individual office policy is". With us, you will leave the class with all your questions answered! Licensees are required to complete 12 hours of the mandatory four-hour Annual Commission Update Course prior to renewing an active license, activating an inactive license, or reinstate an expired license to the active status.
