This workshop aims to enhance patient outcomes from chemodenervation procedures by improving participants’ ability to recognize clinical patterns, identify muscle targets, and perform procedures confidently and skillfully, including using ultrasound guidance in these procedures. This initiative will feature two specific tracks tailored to the unique educational needs of doctors/NPs/PAs and PTs/OTs. Our doctors/NP/PA track focuses on ultrasound use, injection demonstrations, and hands-one injection training. The PT/OT track will explore clinical and gross anatomy, considering implications for treatment utilizing cadaver videos, review chemodenervation principles, and feature video demonstrations of splinting and casting. All participants will have the opportunity to explore strategies for multidisciplinary care and will participate in the expert-led patient injection demonstrations of ultrasound-guided chemodenervation procedures.
