Phi Beta Sigma, Eta Rho Sigma and Zeta Xi Sigma Alumni Chapters in conjunction with the CAUSE Foundation, Inc. and the Dr. Alexander Brown Foundation, Inc. will host a kickoff celebration for the upcoming Phi Beta Sigma Conclave 2023 which is set for July and honor PBS Scholarship Recipients and Houston's Community Leaders who exemplify Culture for Service in Education, Business , and Social Action. Phi Beta Sigma Brother, Astronaut, and US Navy Captain Victor Glover will receive special recognition for his outstanding career accomplishments in service to humanity and his continued work as a leader in the Houston community.
