An immersive experience of Reiki meditation, sound bath and past life regression. Walking your own personal path to healing, Lisa guides you back to your body through breathing exercises that ground and center you. Followed by a chakra clearing visualization that will allow the energy to flow with ease. Next, you will be lead on the Holy Love II Reiki Experience. Essentially, a guided meditation, this energy pinpoints a time in your life where a physical, emotional or psychological trauma had taken place. Working with your energy, it releases any emotions that no longer serve you. During this time, crystal singing bowls and chimes will lull you to an even deeper restorative state of consciousness. After the reiki meditation and sound bath, you will be in a heightened state of receiving. The perfect state for Tara to guide you on a journey—by seeing, hearing, or feeling—a past life you have lived. The experience concludes with a visit from your spirit guide or guardian angel, where you will receive a message from them. When you experience a past life, you are given a chance to experience memories you are not aware of during normal consciousness. Becoming aware of these memories or events allows for a deeper understanding of the life you are living now. It may help unlock trauma, explain anxiety, or even give context to a disease you are dealing with today. You may also be shown happiness in a previous life, a reminder of your worth and power, inspiring you to live a good life again. It can be incredibly liberating and healing to gain an understanding of why things are the way they are. Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket for their comfort as well as something to write on to record their experience, as it starts to fade like a dream once you awaken.
