Experienced rock musicians have formed a powerhouse band and are now looking for a vocalist / singer to learn 12 - 13 classic heavy rock/pop songs to perform 45 minute sets in the city and outer boroughs. Bassist and guitarist sing as well and will add harmony. We're not interested in being a rehearsal band: we intend to get together only 2- 3 times a month to revise setlist( keeping songs on rotation ) and tighten performance. Strong selections will naturally be based on your range and capability. Keep in mind we are not intending to become a tribute band but rather an interpretive one.. If there is a creative synergy, collaborating on original compositions will also be on the table. So, if you're a Rock vocalist who wants to keep your voice primed and likes the idea of having a tight, heavy, rock'n, power band backing you up, this is for you.
