Amazing Blue Heeler male!

We found this beautiful, potty trained, male blue heeler a week before Christmas. We found his owner but she had just got him 3 days before and he ran away. She came and got him but when I told her he was neutered she brought him back claiming he was sad. I wanted to keep him but we have 2 small dogs and he jumps our fence anytime he goes outside without a leash. He seems to be around 1 year old and really is amazing! He loves giving hugs, he would seriously hug you for hours. He is good around my 2 year old and 10 year old but I keep and eye on him to make sure. He would be a great country dog because he loves to run around. If not he needs a tall fence with no possible escape routes and lots of attention! If he doesn’t get attention he gets bored, heelers are very smart working dogs, they need to have excitement and toys and things to do.
