Greetings! We'd LOVE to have you at our Bougie VISION BOARD PARTY: Accountability Check-IN hosted by Alexis Thomas, LMHC - "The Friendapist." LET'S CELEBRATE OUR WINS, ReADJUST and finetune our GOALS for 2023. The year has started, so let us look at our vision boards and create an action plan to reach our goals. Don't worry If you need to create a new one, we have the supplies to help. Let's Be INTENTIONAL !!! This gathering is coming together to check in and be accountable for our yearly goals. The goal is to help you tap into your BIG vision, finetune it, and work toward achievement as we track your progress and introduce you to activities that will help you see your dream come to pass!!! What's the Cost? $30.00 - this includes supplies(poster board, magazines, stickers, glues, scissors, etc.), light refreshments(charcuterie boards, sweets, and other refreshments), and personal time with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to help you FOCUS! Focus on your plans, goals, and DREAMS. We will have FUN, and We will Tap into our Goals and Seek Clarity for Future WHAT TO BRING: Bring your Vision Boards - any particular supplies you desire for yourself or to share with others (Magazines, Stickers, Planners, etc.) Journal An Open Mind and Laughter. Let's Have a Good Time, Growing and Learning Together!
