2023 Mesa East Valley Dr. Martin Luther King Parade procession for MHN-Mesa Hispanic Network , Mesa en Español, and NFBPA-National Forum for Black Public Administrators. Parking: Please use Pasadena south off of University. Enter the Jackson Center parking lot (Mesa United Way),137 E University Dr., 85201, using the driveway off of Pasadena south of University. Please park in this lot. You will walk west, cross Centennial using the crosswalk, and check in at the Parade Entry check in table located on MLK way. Parade walkers will then be directed to stage in the parking lot north of MLK way Wear comfortable walking shoes, water, and sunscreen. You choice to wear your MHN, Mesa en Español, or NBFPA committee shirts.
