Join us for a special evening as we welcome the first FULL MOON in 100% illumination for 2023 ***READ ALL DETAILS*** ▸6:00 pm: CHECK IN & settle into our markered spots, to ensure comfortable spacings. ▸6:15 pm - 7:45 pm: CLASS BEGINS • Ocean breeze & beautiful view of the Full Moon over the sea • Recieve a healing Crystal to support & Sea Shell to release • Yoga poses & flowing movements for all levels • Soothing foundational breathwork • Mystical mantras & magical music beats • Deep rest, moon meditation & Sea Shell release by the shore. • Free all night parking options This is a casual and inviting environment where every color, shape & sizes is welcome to come as your are, you recieve all you deserve 🙂 Class duration is 90+ minutes. A yoga mat can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability, but it is not required. Beach is cool after sun goes down!!!! Wrap or layers to cover up & something to protect your items if we get a sprinkle of rain or ocean mist. Water/ drink. Optional: Pack a picnic and stay after class. Or enjoy the near by resturants & shops We have lights on the beach, but bring your own if you stay after event. January brings a Full MOON Cancer / Wolf / FULL MOON 100% illumination over the ocean starts 5:30 PM Sunset starts 5:45 PM LOCATION ( easy map in EB discription /below ): ON SAND: Between: Vistamar St / Lifeguard Stand #12 - and NE 9th St. Lifeguard stand #13 LOOK FOR LIGHTS & COLORFUL PRAYER FLAGS ON BEACH 870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 - for driving We are 1 block SOUTH of Sunrise Blvd - SOUTH of NE 9th street - and for Full MOON events we usually set up closer to VISTAMAR ST. PARKING OPTIONS (easy map in EB discription / below ): FASTEST: 1) Across the street from class, there are plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets. 2) Paid valet parking available at hotels. *FREE PARKING: 1) The streets - a couple blocks west of beach - around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if its your first time. (5 minute walk) 2) The Galleria Mall area. You walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge (12-15 minute walk) WEATHER: ALWAYS CHECK OUR LINK BEFORE HEADING TO EVENTS: Any delays or cancellations will be announced at least 60 minutes before class on the weather alerts page.
