Window Cleaner Job Summary Do you like working on your own and in your own groove, while still hustling? Bluebird Window Cleaning is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Window Cleaner to join our company. You must be comfortable working at high heights on a ladder and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Our ideal candidate arrives to work on time, is courteous, communicates clearly, values quality work, is familiar with effective window cleaning tools and techniques, and ensures clients are satisfied with the cleanliness of their windows. One year of window cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Full Time Starting Pay : $20 per hour Bonus: $500 at the end of six full months of staying with the company. Stay 12 months and get an additional $500. Bonus offer is for one year only. A return to work bonus will be discussed upon hiring. You must have experience working on an extension ladder and able to set up ladder confidently on your own Bonus Pay Opportunities Customers often Tip Duties and Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows of residential homes Work on ladders up to 32 feet Drive work vehicle Requirements and Qualifications MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON LADDERS TO APPLY Cleaning experience a plus Comfortable with heights Physical stamina Self-motivated Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pass a criminal background check
