Looking for qualified candidates that will Provide superior customer service while on work site Managing, coaching, and leading your team Working with the General Manager on scheduling projects Determining what materials, tools, and equipment are needed for each job so you are always ready to deliver the installation you promised Managing tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure your team’s success Grind interior concrete surfaces using orbital floor grinder Apply polyaspartic floor coatings using squeegee and rollers Install and hang shelving units, cabinets, and slatwall Work primarily in garages and other covered / indoor facilities The Education and Experience we require: High school diploma or GED preferred and 5+ years of experience in the construction trades and 3 + years of management experience Prior experience applying floor coatings and installing storage Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record Benefits Include: Employee Discount 6 Paid Holidays Profit Sharing Opportunities ***Bilingual/Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply.
