We are seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians (PMT) to join our North Denver-Boulder team. Training provided! As a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT), you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the Boulder to North Denver metropolitan area. We provide high quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, warehouses, and other industrial surfaces. In addition to painting services, we offer power sweeping, power washing, pothole repair, asphalt sealcoating, crack filling and more. This is a full-time position, working hours are 40-50 hours per week with weekend, nighttime, and overtime work sometimes required. WHAT YOU’LL DO ● Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more ● Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project ● Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager ● Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site ● Additional tasks as required WHAT YOU BRING ● A valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation ● You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve ● You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail ● Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs) ● Ability to work well independently unsupervised ● Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset ● An Engineering educational background is an asset WHAT WE OFFER ● Competitive wages and performance bonus potential ● Healthcare reimbursement ● Continuous training and advancement opportunities ● A challenging, fun atmosphere with a great team EverLine is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
