Looking for r22 refrigerant for heating system

Long story short there's an old heating system in my apartment that needs r22 refrigerant to work optimally (heat pumps need freon to heat as well as cool). It works but not so great. Basically the system has to work really hard on cold days and can't get the heat up past 65. Because this refrigerant is no longer produced, it's rather expensive. So figured I would see if anyone has any to sell or knows anyone that will sell some at a reasonable price Thanks and happy new year
