Not sure of the age. She's a sweet cat and she uses her litter box everyday. She is not fixed. Once she warms up to you she will sleep next to you in bed. The previous owners threw her and her kittens out in the cold this winter she came back with two of her kittens but the other three died somewhere in the cold. I told them that I would take them in and find a home. As far as her medical records I have no idea but she seems healthy.
