Call Apartment Complexes! - Need Successful Telephone Closer

Hey! I just started a biz called CurbsideCleanQueen and I'm looking to target apartment Complexes as they have the most bins. Not necessarily luxury apartments but ones you see walking down the street in an urban area like 2-3 on a block. They usually have 5-10 curbside bins. I'm looking for someone to make calls to the owner so I can clean their bins. Whatever successful clients you get for me. You get 30% commission after of course the cleaning job is completed. Please have cashapp! Just fyi I'm looking for places in Kearny/Newark. I'm looking to clean 100 Bins every 2 weeks at $20/bin. If this sounds of interest- please reply to this posting.. Thank you
