Guitars for students in need

I have a couple of acoustic guitars that need a little work. If possible, I would like these to go to students that are in need of an instrument. Is there anyone, or a program, out there that can set these up and donate to a student. 1 older Goyo 12 string w/ saddle/neck reset needed. body and neck are in great shape. 1 early 70's Epiphone with a bolt-on neck that needs shimmed correctly. Some serious finish cracking on top.
