Looking for labor help to frame a bonus room ... I am looking for help to frame a bonus room I am building at my personal house. It is a 50x20 2nd story room above an existing garage and laundry room. I could use help for several weeks. Primary activities would be: Demolition of existing roof system over garage Installing floor system and sheeting building walls, roof framing and sheeting .. possibly installing siding, trim, shingles if more work desired ... No previous construction experience necessary but helpful. I am willing to train and am a General Contractor You would be working directly with me at all times Must be conformable with heights, walking on a roof, up a ladder or on scaffolding Familiarity with pneumatic guns, general construction tools also a big plus. Hourly rate based on experience. When: starting next week for several weeks.
