We are a small business looking for experience guys to add to the team We are looking for guys that has experience in framing, siding and roofing We are not looking for people to be a labor You will need the experience when tell you to do something you know how to do with out us needing to walk you through every step of it starting pay is $15 to $20 hour based on experience We are looking for people that wants to grow with us not people just looking for a paycheck this week I understand there are people that probably have experience that they should be making $25 to $30 hour but will not hire anyone more than $20 hour to start after they work for 90 days and show me that they are worth more money. Then we will come back to the table and talk about more money.
