Looking for a cool guitarist who wants to create a band-concept

Hey how are you. Im a frontman/band leader I want to find a gutiarist/musician in the area who is interested in creating music for a band I am a frontman who sings rock(Age 28), and then I mix everything else into that format. I like music that hits hard, in a clean way. If I write lyrics I try to add to the song theatrics. Sort of like Kurt Cobain could speak to the audience in a way that tugged heartstrings in a hard hitting, fun way. Whatever you think Kurt Cobain can do vocally, I can do the same. Im looking for a guitarist who can hold his on on guitar, and is willing to do a "call and response" with the lyrics. It takes some work but I like my songs to be tight as possible and get to the point.
