The Nest @ St. Aug “Learning beyond the basics!” call/text The Nest offers 6-week workshops in a fun, goal-oriented environment to help supplement traditional education. Our primary focus is improvement and education free from distraction. We believe in learning the basics at school, whether home or classroom, while also attending courses of specific knowledge to “fill in the gaps” for well-rounded learning. Children and young adults will also gain a sense community belonging, enjoy making new friends and engage with fun leadership figures. We offer a variety of courses focused on technical skills, confidence-building, communication, independent thinking or creativity. Both recreation-level as well as advanced academic and competitive courses are available. Current offerings: CREATIVE WRITING * NOVEL/READING SKILLS * HISTORY * TECH * THEATER GAMES * MUSIC * COMMUNICATION * BALL SPORTS * SWIMMING Patient and gentle special needs and autism learning available on a case-by-case basis.
