6 year old beagle

I have a 6 year old beagle that needs a new home without kids. We rescued Poppins almost 3 years ago. We have been working with her and can't seem to get on the same page. She gets very jealous of our 2 and 3 year old and knocks them down to get attention over them. She also pees and poops in the house in retaliation to not having the attention she wants. Mind you we do give her attention all the time but her going potty is still happening even taking her out all the time. She does this when she doesn't get human food she begs for or doesn't get to lay on blankets either. We've seen vets and she has nothing wrong with her. She is allergic to flea bites thou. She is also spayed. When we got her she was 45 lbs. Severely over weight. Now she is around 30lbs. She loves other animals. She's a good dog out side of her jealousy.
