I'm a guitarist revisiting my Rockabilly repertoire and adding new songs to it. In search of a back-beat drummer who dosn't mind using a minimal rig ( hey, less to haul and set up), bass player and lead singer/front man to put together a band for paid backyard gigs, private parties and bar venues. Although drinking venues don't generally pay for bands, they are a good place to network and tighten up the band without spending studio money. I'm into the earlier guys like Gene Vincent, Johnny Burnette, Eddie Cochran but well aware of and not against playing some of the resurgent music from the 80s Rockabilly movement. BTW, not entirely interested in sporting the 1950s appearance but stage presence is always a plus. Looking forward to hearing from anyone who wants to have some fun with this project. Thanks
