Cleaning company seeking DEPENDABLE, HONEST, HARD WORKING AND LOYAL Crew Leader/Office Assistant. Job Requirements: • Must be able to drive (possess drivers license with clean driving record a plus) • Must have professional cleaning experience: We will call your references. • Must be able to speak English and Spanish. • Must be willing and able to clean homes on a daily basis. Maybe by yourself, if needed. • Must be honest, reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Must have high attention to detail, be highly organized and able to multitask, often with minimal supervision • Experience as Office Asst is a plus+ • Knowledge of Landscape Terminology and Cleaning Experience is a plus+ • Must be able to use a computer. Typing, Word Documents, Excel Documents • Must be able to use Social Media platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn) Salary: $15/hour plus 3 Days of Paid Vacation after completion of 6 months of employment. Note: $15 Starting Pay with an increase to $16.00 after 3 months and $17.50 at the completion of 6 months of employment with NO PERFORMANCE issues. There is an opportunity within the first year to be promoted to office manager based on performance. Responsibilities: • Drive, Supervise and Assist cleaners with cleaning jobs. * Interact with customers and translate/communicate their needs to the crew. *Prepare and update schedule for the crews each day • Inbound Phone Sales • Create and Email Invoices on a daily and monthly basis • Track Employee Time • Handle Customer Complaints or Inquiries • Provide exceptional customer service while greeting visitors, accepting applications and managing the reception area • Operate multi-line telephone console, transfer calls and take messages • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing • Prepare outgoing correspondence, accept incoming correspondence, open and sort mail/FedEx/UPS • Maintain office supplies and inventories • Organize various events, meetings and luncheons • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and prepare expense reports • Conduct research for various projects and perform data entry tasks Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Must be honest, reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Must have high attention to detail, be highly organized and able to multitask, often with minimal supervision • Experience as Office Asst is a plus+ • Knowledge of Landscape Terminology and Cleaning Experience is a plus+ • Must be able to speak English and Spanish. • Must be able to use a computer.
