Ever notice how the least qualified and least successful among us are always the most envious of those who have worked and succeeded in their lives? The Republican party throughout its (not "it's") history has always been the party of losers and criminals. The lowest common denominator in the human race. Even those Republicans who have had some success in life are not people who a decent person would have a cup of coffee with. Those who will admit to being Republican have either lost the ability to feel shame or to see themselves as others see them or have serious mental health issues. They go through life with their hands out or sell you crappy pillows and branded steaks waiting for others to fill their needs, yet they demand that they be given respect. How do you give respect to someone who has no respect for themselves? You don't. You vote them out of office and convict their criminal element and send them to prison, as we witness daily.
