●Entrance Door, replacement of rotten wood on one single side of only vertical wooden door frame surface, and replace deadbolt and door Knobs locks;
You may require appropriate carpentry door knob deadbolt drill bit;
● Two only Windows Replacement Glass, one of the two wooden window with lead weight is jammed frozen it will not open or close;
You may need Oscillator Tool, otherwise it maybe become too much manual work;
●Installation of one single Toilet, & Pvc Elbow fitting to glue; The original toilet was removed;
● Plug two very small hardwood flooring holes;
You may again require Oscillator or alternatively either Sawzall or Skill Circular Saw to square off wooden repair areas;
● Minor Drywall finishing all without any joints tape or sanding, instead of taping joints Acrylic Calking will be sufficient. All drywall cavities need to be Chalked;
