ISO small breed pup or dog

Hello looking for a small breed under 10lb pup. Preferably mostly black but not a must and preferably male also not a must. No outrageous rehoming fees. I had a woman with disabilities reach out to me and her esa dog was killed by a drunk friend who opened the door and let the dog out and he was run over. She is very distraught. She is on ssi and does not have a lot for a rehoming fee, she does however, have a vet that works with her on payments and only feeds the pups blue buffalo she takes very good care of her pups! Any insight would be awesome I want to try to surprise her so even if I have to pay a small rehoming fee, I obviously can’t go through a shelter or rescue as the pup isn’t for me thanks in advance!
