3 year old male English bulldog mix named dobber. Is house broken good with kids and other dogs. Will be adopting out with dog creat, dog bowls,leash, and toys. Adoption fee is 250. Will need to sign an adoption contract. Prefer you to own your home but is not mandatory. if you are renting your home you must bring a notarized letter from your landlord stating you will be allowed to have a dog. Notarized letter will need to include contact information along with a copy of your lease. You will also need current vaccine records for anyone who currently has a dog or cat to include name of treating veterinarian, contact information, the date your pet was last seen, a copy of rabies certificate and dog license if applicable. Dobber will need to be neutered within 90 days of adoption. Dobber is on a pet basis only! no breeding is permitted with no exceptions! 100.00 of his Adoption fee will be held as a deposit and will be returned to adoptive family once a certificate with his name and date has been provided from the veterinarian within the 90 days.
