The whole program was created for the black community so they can remain in poverty and be controlled by the democratic party. Like all handouts... the black community jumped on it like stink on shit!!! Notice the commercials are mostly "for and of" the black community... As with all welfare programs... Biden boasts of the 11 million who have signed on to the program... 88% of which are from the black community. The mooching race continues to freeload off the American people because they simply refuse to support themselves. Will the black community EVER support itself like other races in America???? DOUBTFUL. A few statistics of THE BLACK COMMUNITY... (TBC) TBC represents almost 14% of the US population. TBC uses 69% of America's total welfare programs. TBC uses 79% of America's total disability programs. TBC uses 60% of America's total prison population. TBC uses 88% of America's total Healthcare programs. TBC commits almost 90% of America's total crime. TBC pays less than 1% of America's total taxes. TBC takes 82% of American government handouts. (When it's not stealing and looting from it) American taxpayers pay the TBC over 2 TRILLION DOLLARS A YEAR... because they can't support themselves. (And they expect more)
