Our beer pairing dinners are truly one of our favorite things we do. Head Brewer Sean White and Executive Chef Becky Clark team up to create these menus, notching a bit more elegant than our every day service, but approachable, fun, and completely delicious.
Our beer dinners are an Athens favorite, and we are so pleased to be bringing them to Dayton with this Inaugural Dayton Beer Pairing Dinner on January 31, 2023.

MENU: Beer pairings tbd. We taste the beers with the food the day of the event to assure the most perfect pairing. Beers will be a mix of drafts and our bottle collection. All menu items are subject to change.
Bread
Good Hands Bread w/ burnt scallion butter, caramelized onion puree, Smoking Goose coppa, olives
vegetarian: Sub Beemster Gouda for coppa
Salad
butter lettuce, truffle oil vinaigrette, radish, pecorino, cauliflower
Pasta
squid ink pasta, clams, beurre blanc, chives, parmesan
vegetarian: sub turmeric pasta, butternut, beurre blanc, chives, parmesan
Main
brisket, mashed potatoes, gremolata, persimmon, black garlic gravy
vegetarian: brown butter lion's mane in place of brisket
Dessert
banana cream pie, ginger caramel, toasted oaked pilsner reduction
