We cover a range of topics from spirits styles to service standards in an effort to foster the thriving and passionate community in the New Haven and Connecticut area. This week's seminar and tasting will be focused on the culture and history of bourbon. Rich Fiorillo, East Coast Whiskey Ambassador for Heaven Hill Distillery will take us down the rabbit hole of both science and lore of America's favorite dark spirit. We will taste through several varietals of Heaven Hill spirits to gain a broader understanding of bourbon as a unique style of whiskey. Rich is a wealth of knowledge both about his brand and the spirit at large, this is going to be an amazing class!
