Bring in this New Year with intention and rest! This New Years Day Monday Sound bath meditation will be held in the beautiful attic space of Archipelago Denver. We will begin in community by setting an intention and writing a personal affirmation. Then will be lead in a guided meditation followed by an hour sound bath meditation including my gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other accessory instruments. There will be time to connect in community afterwards to share in your sound bath experience, because each one is always so different! *There are no refunds 24hrs before the event, and no refunds for late cancellations, late arrivals, or no shows*
