Join Chef David Burke for a five course Tour of France! This exclusive dinner event will be paired with French Wines and served in the Private Dining Room at The Red Salt Room. Daniel Kim, Director of Restaurants, and a certified Sommelier, will lead participants through a history of French winemaking, stories behind the wine paired with each course, and why he matched specific wine with each course.
