We are a professional concrete placement company looking for a full time Facility Maintenance/Laborer to join our team. Our 2 acre facility is located near I-4 and John Young (10 minutes from downtown). This position is an important piece to help the communication between our mechanic shop and office and will fulfill various duties and responsibilities at our yard. Job duties include maintaining facilities on premises including: **cleaning offices; emptying trash; cleaning restrooms. **track and maintain inventory of equipment (1) on site; (2) on trucks; (3) on jobsites **clean (pressure wash) truck bays, trucks, and equipment and make report of any equipment that returns not to company standards **operate forklift to transport equipment throughout yard **stock truck with appropriate equipment at end of day in preparation for following day jobs **check fluids in all trucks **monitor company facilities **occasional deliveries/pickups to job sites or parts stores Compensation: $17.00 per hour to start; up to 50 hours per week Benefits and job review with potential for raise after 90 days of satisfactory work. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; and paid holidays Must have a valid drivers license; pass a drug screen; and proper authorization to work in the United States; be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
