Dr. Silvana Martini will discuss the basics of chocolate production from farm-to-bar and introduce basic sensory science concepts that can be applied to tasting chocolate. We will sample a variety of chocolate including some familiar favorites and some very special, unique, and flavorful single-origin chocolate produced by the USU Aggie Chocolate Factory.
Tickets will go on sale on January 1st. The event will be held in room 133 at the USU Kaysville Education Center. The cost is $25 per person. The ticket includes a tasting and two signature chocolate bars.
