The Idea
Come to MASS CAMP. Work on your lifts. Slang some weights. Make some friends.
With the goal of growing weightlifting for women, MASS will be hosting women's weightlifting camps (1-day camps as well as full weekend camps) directed at becoming a better athlete and advancing in the sport, whatever that means for YOU.
Women belong in weightlifting.
REGISTRATIONS AFTER 1/15/23 ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SHIRT AS THE ORDER MUST BE PLACED ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT.
The (Very Basic) Schedule
9-10am: Welcome Coffee and Introductions. Setting expectations.
10am-12pm: Training Session One: Snatch breakdown and training session including accessory work.
12-1pm: Lunch and Q&A
1-3pm: Training Session Two: Clean & Jerk breakdown and training session including accessory work.
3pm-330pm: Final Q&A

The Details
MASS CAMP: Women's Weightlifting Camp will max out at 15 registrants, ensuring that all attendees will get a high amount of technical attention as well as be able to ask any and all questions that they may have.
Lunch will be provided. Please indicate any allergies. If you have a very specific diet or needs, bringing your own food is recommended.
We'll be covering both of the lifts as well as opportunities for women in weightlifting and coaching. This camp is open to ALL LEVELS of women in weightlifting. You do not need to be advanced or a coach to benefit.
Training sessions will be designed by Coach Mandi of MASS.
Gift bags will also be provided for all attendees.
