All fitness levels welcome! This intro level class will teach you all the basic moves you’ll need to familiarize you with bungee terminology. You’ll raise your heart rate during our fun routines for a low impact cardio workout. Take this class to get comfortable with our bungees! Bring water and a towel and we'll take care of the rest. Please make sure you are cleared for regular exercise from your doctor and not at risk for lower extremity lymphedema.
