Participants can expect a safe centralized queer location with ample parking and indoor bike racks. Light refreshments are also available for purchase. This will include vegan and non vegan options. Yoga is for everyBODY! Learn the foundations of yoga so you can begin to experience it transformational effects. Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. Ideal for beginners of any age or physical condition or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class. So what are you waiting for?
