Need Experienced Carpenter

I am managing a whole house remodel in Gloucester MA. Need to hire a crew/carpenter who is experienced in remodeling. We will be altering the structure, re-framing the roof trusses and vaulting the ceilings in the kitchens of 2 units, which involves building a knee wall to support the roof ridge and framing in rafters. Need to re-frame a garage, frame basement out, new windows & doors, new footings/lallies in basement, new decks to be built, new siding, roofing, and more. You must be able to read, understand, and abide by the building plans. If you cannot do this, do not reply. Job is ready to start. I am interested in hiring by the hour and skipping estimates.
