Join Chef Vinnie in the kitchen as he takes you on a journey to the northern part of Italy. In this hands on class you will learn how to prepare a delicious meal of Bruschetta pomodoro, Fresh Buffalo Burrata , Arugula, shaved fennel w/ aged balsamic vinegar, Wild boar ragu w/ fresh pappardelle pasta and truffle oil, Roasted Branzino w/ caper sauce, and Ricotta Cheesecake w/ amaro cherries. YUM! Cost for this class is $75/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at 864-250-0091 What to Expect: In this class, Chef will walk you through the process of preparing each item. This is a semi hands on class which means the Chef will have some of the meal prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Two glasses of wine will be served along with tea, lemonade, and water. Please be prepared with ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class. You will receive 20% off if you wish to do any shopping and will have 30 minutes after the class for shopping (some exclusions apply)
