Professional engineers and certified planners, everyone focused on advancing transportation, take seriously their responsibility — not just for the quality of the jobs they work on — but for the safety and well-being of the public at large. Lisa Koch and Lindsay Francis from The University of Kansas will host Ethics Jeopardy! This Program will provide a professional development hour for attendees but also be a fun way to get ready for a successful and ethical 2023.
Lisa is Associate Director for Research, Partnership, and Innovation, and RTAP Director. Lisa also teaches in the Urban Planning Program in the School of Public Affairs and Administration. Lisa was one of the founders of the WTS-KC Chapter.
Lindsay is the Director of the Kansas Local Technical Assistance Program. She previously worked for MODOT in roles in Construction, Traffic Control Design/Studies and Traffic Management & Operations. From 2011-2019, she served as the Traffic Engineer for Kansas City Scout. She is always looking for practical ways to solve new and ongoing transportation issues through collaboration, innovation and technology.
