Fish need rehomed asap

Hello, we have a small variety of fish in a 45 gallon tank. Currently our lease of several years is expiring and we are unable to find another place that will allow a tank. The fish vary in age ranging from 1-2 years old. List of fish 1 Dwarf Gurami, Albino Pleco, 3 Harlequin rasbora, Neon Tetra, 2 Zebra Long fin Danios, 5 kuhli loach, 3 pepper Corydoras. Need fish gone asap, willing to donate to school or community center if interested.
