PJ has been a yoga and fitness instructor for over 8 years. He received his 200 hour RYT yoga certificate in Hawaii through Core Power Yoga. Since then, he’s focused on gentle, restorative, power, and yoga with weights for higher intensity levels. PJ looks forward to sharing his knowledge and passion with The Bay’s park goers!
