Let’s create our 2023 vision board together. This workshop is meant to be relaxing, fun, social, creative, and inspire you to identify & seek out the things that make you feel good this new year. There’s no magic to a vision board, but there are proven benefits to practicing the act of manifestation, setting goals, and taking part in creative action. We'll walk through all those things together; we will start with a manifestation and visualization exercises to get us in the mood to create an inspired action board of our own. Included in the workshop will be: Light snacks to keep our belly's happy.sparkling water but feel free to BYOB Your own cork board to create onMagazines and items to fill your board, but please feel free to start collecting your own items that spark joy and bring them along!
