Join us for our 2nd whiskey & steak tasting event. We'll be pouring four selections of whiskey: Rye, Bourbon, Scotch & Sherry Barrel Scotch, to be paired with four of our favorite dry-aged cuts: Porterhouse, Porkerhouse, Pork Coppa Steak & Tomahawk.
Don't worry, we're not just going to serve you steak & whiskey! We'll also be showing you the best practices for preparing each cut and discussing the flavor profiles of each whiskey so you can show off at your next bbq. (It wouldn't be a Marrow Meating without dropping some knowledge on you, right?!)
As always, we'll also be serving you a bit of charcuterie to start (come hungry!) and offer 10% off our retail case at the end of class.
