For our first Little Black Dress dinner, we're bringing you four elevated courses of mostly Irish inpsired creations.
Coffee seared tuna gives us a fresh start to the four course dinner, and we dive into a housemade french onion soup right after!
Two options for entrees: a rack of lamb, or a Tarpon Docks fresh catch of the day. Both entrees will be served with a sundried tomato and bleu cheese risotto, and sauteed brussel sprouts with red onion, bacon, and white wine. Each entree will be paired with a red or white, respectively, and two glasses are included with dinner.
Creme Brulee closes out the dinner, after which we will have a champagne toast amongst dinner guests, to officially kickoff the LBD party!
