3 bathrooms in total, starting with 1 bathroom
On 2nd floor.
Scope of work includes:
Demo / removal
Remove current toilet, shower surround, vanity, light fixtures and switches, exhaust fans and old plumbing fixtures
Rremove bathtub
Trash old stuff at dump
New work to be completed
-New tub
-New shower surround
-New toilet
-New vanity/faucets/towel bar, toilet paper holder (etc)
-New lighting
-New exhaust fan
-New flooring (tile)
-Paint
-New molding
-New blind if needed
-Paint current door, new kwikset tylo bath door knob
-New light switches
- Clean up, and trash removal and dump of all materials
