Dynamic property service is looking to hire reliable vendors for preservation work in vacant properties for our client. We process our work using PPW so the expertise in PPW is required. Property preservation work may include but is not limited to: Inspections •Lawn maintenance/bi-weekly grass cuts •Snow removal •Janitorial/maid services/clean-ups •Winterization •Submitting bids for minor & major repairs •Initial secures/lock changes/rekey (within allowable for additional work on the spot) •Completing minor & major repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc.) •Debris removal/trash outs/hazard removal •Mold remediation •Board-ups/re-glaze •Evictions •General handyman work •Taking clear pictures. Requirements: 1. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work. **Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, Air Compressor and Winterization Equipment, Smartphone/Tablet with Data Plan, Basic Hand Tools, Locks, etc. 2.
