here is a full rundown of how we work: equipment for your use: mesa-boogie mark5 100w head and 3 channel footswitch coupled with 2 mesa boogie rectifier cabinets totaling totaling 2 pairs celestion v-30 speakers; marshall 410 HJS joe satriani signature 100 watt tube amp head with 5 channel footswitch coupled with line 6 guitar cabinet (4x12 celestion vintage 30 speakers); ampeg SVT bass stack (6x10 ampeg cabinet with ampeg SVT-3 head); crate 75w bass combo amp; behringer XENYX X183210USB mixer with 10 inputs(6 xlr), effects, interface, much more; 2000 watt PA system for vocals, keyboards, bass drum, etc.; 4 main PA speakers; four shure sm-58 microphones with stands; 5 pc yamaha stage custom advantage drum set; 20" ride cymbal; zidjian 19" crash cymbal; zildjian 16" crash cymbal; hi-hat, plenty of extra cymbal stands, choice of ludwig or DW bass pedals; williams allegro 2 full keyboard and stand; flashing led and crystal ball effect lighting; device audio playback through PA system via bluetooth; mini refrigerator for beverages.(and good heating, multiple fans,ac). it is roughly a 15ft wide by 14ft deep room. we have some room for storage for personal equipment (guitars, pedals,etc.). it is a little tight for 5 piece band but we have everything in the right place(mic/spkr,amp placement on walls) and make it work. weekly time slots are rented on a month to month commitment, but we are looking for continuity. we use paypal for payment. one month refundable security deposit and first month rent gets you the keys. you get that security deposit back provided u give us one month advance notice of your intention to vacate and you return the keys.  monthly rates run from $3.61/hr-$5.83/hr, depending on where your weekly slots fall and how many weekly hours. we have several morning and afternoon slots available at moment. the only night slot available right now is evenings. that slot, from 6pm-midnight is $110/month($4.58/hr).
